  • Drivers will wait 5 minutes, and then charge late fees

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. A no-show fee will apply if the driver is already en route to the job.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to adjust your booking time, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your changes whenever possible.

  • For your comfort and convenience, all our vehicles are equipped with sick bags. If you feel unwell during your journey, please inform your driver immediately. Please note that a $400 cleaning fee will be charged at the time of travel for any soiling of the vehicle.

  • Absolutely! We're pet-friendly. However, please ensure that your pet does not soil the vehicle during the journey.

  • For larger groups, we have vehicles available to cater to your needs. Please contact us for a customised quote based on your requirements.

  • Yes, please! Providing us with additional information about your pick-up location, such as if it's on an unsealed road or difficult to find, helps us ensure that we send the appropriate vehicle and arrive on time for your journey.
